I believe an abundant and joy-filled life is available for those who seek to change unhealthy patterns in their lives and improve their relationships. Allowing someone to assist you with life's struggles is a sign of strength and courage and an important step towards creating a better life. You do not have to go through it alone.

I am really excited about the team of professionals that have joined me at Harvest Counseling & Wellness. They are well trained, have a varied set of skills and truly have hearts for helping people, helping people discover who God created them to be.

I believe mental health, spiritual health, and physical health go hand-in-hand and that's what makes Harvest Counseling & Wellness unique. I strive to provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental environment that allows for vulnerability and honesty. My team and I want to exhibit qualities in session that are needed in everyday life, in all relationships. During sessions, our team hopes to provide a well-rounded experience that is geared toward four major components: the body, the mind, the spirit, and a healthy social life. Each of these components are vital to healthy living.
