Jennifer Vittitow, RD, LD, CEDS-S

At the center of our nutrition program is Jennifer Vittitow, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Eating Disorder Specialist. Jennifer has 15+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian—working with adolescents, adults, and families at the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient levels of care. She is experienced in working with clients of all ages and a variety of eating disorder diagnoses including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, and OSFED.

Jennifer’s specialties include: Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Diabetes, Celiac Disease, Food Allergies, Weight Management, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Nutrition Education, and Health Coaching. She provides both individual and family nutritional counseling to clients that include faith-based principles and the latest nutrition research.

Her nutrition philosophy is that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle and that there are no “good” foods or “bad” foods. A brownie is just as permissible to eat as a salad! She believes that food is designed to nourish the body and is also meant to be enjoyed.

She will help you to find flexibility and freedom with eating so you can prioritize the joyful and meaningful parts of your life.
